Passionate about employing the best designers so that each of our developments is cooler than the last!

Adam Higgins

Adam tells us he’s delivered over 1,000,000 sq ft of development over the last 20 years, ranging from bars, offices, restaurants and hotels to residential units, shops and food stores.

He also tells us that he was almost in Echo & the Bunnymen, a claim that we suspect wouldn’t stand up in a court of law in quite the same way!

Adam’s passionate to ensure that we employ the best designers so that each of our developments is cooler than the last.

Often to be found in legal meetings asking the awkward questions…

Tim has always been interested in buying something, adding value and selling it on

Tim Heatley

Tim has a short attention span, we think thats why he gave up being a lawyer and turned his focus to property development.

He has always been interested in buying something, adding value and selling it on. When he was at college he bought his mates’ art projects and sold them on ebay, when he was at uni he started buying old cars at auction and spending all weekend making them look great again, ready for sale.

His first property project was a corner shop in Salford that he converted back to a house.

Since then he’s gone on to develop over £200m of property………
